How do we find out about Pastoral Care Needs

If not connected to a group how do we communicate?

  1. Baptisms – an annual letter to family outlining church’s programs/events for both children and parents (toddlers room/Sunday School), info could be emailed also
  2. Married couples – get their email address, we can update them on programs/events at church
  3. Youth – make use of our website – email youth with weekly events
  4. User groups in the church – a form letter for them to fill in with their email address so we can email programs/events for their age group
  5. Thrift Shop – Poster in lunch room with contact names from Pastoral Care Committee
  6. More information on our St Andrews website

  7. After meetings each committee send in report to contact person who will update website

  8. Communicate by word of mouth
